An AI-native platform that brings parts, machines, and drone operations into one system — designed and tested inside our family's sugar-cane operation in Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
The problem
We know, because that's how our farm ran too. Every one of these costs real money during zafra — when a day of downtime is a day of cane that doesn't get cut.
01
Something fails on the sprayer or the harvester and the hunt begins: what is this part called, what's the part number, who has it? Days pass. The machine sits. The season doesn't wait.
02
Hours, engine load, fault codes — the machines already record it all, but it never leaves the cab. You find out about a problem when the machine stops, never before.
03
Who sprayed which field, how many hectares, with what mix? When it's tracked by memory and chat messages, planning the next pass means guessing.
The platform
AgroSenseOs isn't software looking for a problem. Each piece exists because we hit the problem ourselves and built the fix we wished we had.
Point your phone at a broken part and AgroSenseOs identifies it — what it is, which machine it fits, and where to get it. No more describing a bracket to three different suppliers over WhatsApp.
Why it matters: Every hour spent hunting for a part number is an hour the machine isn't working. Identification should take seconds, not days.
Tap "Identify part" to run the demo.
Illustrative concept — the catalog is being built from manufacturer documentation.
Interactive parts catalogs for DJI Agras drones: tap a component in the diagram and see exactly which part it is. Built from manufacturer catalogs, made for the person holding the wrench.
Why it matters: Ordering the wrong part costs a week. Seeing where every piece sits before you order means the right part arrives the first time.
We're building on John Deere's developer platform to bring machine health, hours of operation, and efficiency tracking into AgroSenseOs — integration in progress, developer access underway.
Why it matters: Maintenance scheduled from real hours and real fault data beats maintenance scheduled from memory. Fewer surprise breakdowns in the middle of harvest.
Every spray mission logged: field, hectares covered, operator, date. We run our own DJI Agras T50 through AgroSenseOs today — the operations module was built to manage our own spraying season.
Why it matters: When you can see exactly what got sprayed and what didn't, the next pass plans itself. No more relying on someone's memory of last Tuesday.
Where it comes from
AgroSenseOs wasn't dreamed up in an office. It started in the cab of a cane harvester and next to a spray drone in Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas — inside our family's sugar-cane operation, where a broken machine during zafra isn't an inconvenience, it's the whole season at risk.
We fly a DJI Agras T50 commercially, spraying our own cane. We maintain our own harvesters. Every feature in AgroSenseOs exists because we needed it ourselves first — and we're building it so other farmers don't have to run on paper, WhatsApp, and memory like we did.
"I use AgroSenseOs to run my farm." That's the bar. If it doesn't earn that sentence from a farmer, it doesn't ship.

The ecosystem
Two sides of the same operation: the physical business that sells parts and fixes machines, and the technology layer that runs it all.
THE BUSINESS
Our parts & repair operation in Ciudad Mante — drone parts, harvester parts, and a workshop that keeps local machines running. The hands-on side: real inventory, real wrenches, real farmers walking through the door.
THE TECHNOLOGY
The intelligence layer underneath it: AI parts identification, interactive catalogs, machine telemetry, and operations tracking. It's what lets a local parts shop run like a modern operation — and it's what we're opening up to other farms.
Most ag-tech is built by people who've never stood in a cane field. We built the software to run our own farm first — Agro Campo is the proof it works, and AgroSenseOs is how it scales.
Contact
Whether you run cane, corn, sorghum — or a fleet of machines that never seems to stop breaking — we'd like to hear how you work.
